About the Journal

BioHealth Synergy Journal (BHSJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing pioneering research on the collaborative interactions between biological systems, advanced biomedical engineering, multi-omics technologies, digital health architectures, and clinical therapies. Positioned as a premier interdisciplinary life sciences and healthcare scholarly forum, the journal serves bioengineers, molecular biologists, clinical researchers, bioinformaticians, translational medical specialists, and public health technologists worldwide. BHSJ prioritizes rigorous empirical research, multi-target therapeutic evaluations, bio-digital system integrations, computational biology models, and cross-disciplinary clinical studies that demonstrate synergistic health outcomes. By bridging basic biological discoveries with applied biomedical technologies and personalized health management, the journal fosters a deep, comprehensive understanding of how integrated biological and technological synergies accelerate disease treatment, regenerative medicine, and health optimization.

Scope and Topics
Reflecting its mandate to champion cross-disciplinary convergence and synergistic health innovation, the journal welcomes high-quality original research articles, systematic reviews, computational biology frameworks, and translational clinical evaluations within the following thematic areas:

Systems Biology & Multi-Omics Synergy: Genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and transcriptomics integration for complex disease profiling and bio-marker discovery.

Biomedical Engineering & Bio-Device Integration: Lab-on-a-chip technologies, biosensors, bio-compatible materials, tissue engineering, and smart drug-delivery hardware.

Digital Health, Bioinformatics & AI Synergies: AI-driven biological modeling, health data analytics, wearable bio-monitors, and predictive machine learning models in clinical diagnosis.

Translational Therapeutics & Regenerative Medicine: Stem cell therapy combinations, targeted gene editing (CRISPR), immunotherapy synergies, and cellular repair mechanics.

Bio-Environmental Interactions & Population Health: Eco-biological health influences, environmental epigenetics, microbiome-host interactions, and systemic lifestyle interventions.

Publication Frequency
To ensure rigorous editorial oversight, thorough peer review, and the timely dissemination of bio-health research, BHSJ is published semi-annually (2 issues per year, typically scheduled for release in June and December). Special thematic issues focusing on multi-omics integration in oncology, AI-assisted bio-device engineering, or regenerative bio-materials may be commissioned by the Editorial Board.

Peer Review Process
BHSJ enforces a strict double-blind peer review policy to maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity, biological precision, and methodological validity across biomedical and life science disciplines.

Initial Desk Evaluation: Every submission undergoes a preliminary screening by the Editor-in-Chief or a relevant Subject Editor to assess scientific alignment, methodological soundness (experimental laboratory rigor, computational validation, clinical trial protocols, or statistical accuracy), and structural compliance. Plagiarism screening via Turnitin/iThenticate is strictly executed at this stage, requiring a similarity index below the journal's maximum threshold.

Expert Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the desk evaluation are anonymized and assigned to at least two independent international reviewers who are established academic researchers, bioengineers, or clinical scientists in the relevant intersecting fields.

Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Board renders one of four decisions: Acceptance, Revisions Required (Minor/Major), Resubmit for Review, or Rejection. The final decision rests entirely on scientific merit, theoretical rigor, empirical accuracy, and potential clinical or biological impact.
