Loop Journal of Business and Management (LJBM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing pioneering research on continuous organizational feedback loops, sustainable business ecosystems, circular economy paradigms, iterative management systems, and adaptive commercial strategies. Conceptually centered on the concept of closed-loop systems and continuous strategic learning ("Loop"), the journal serves as a premier multidisciplinary business scholarly forum for management theorists, circular economy strategists, operational analysts, marketing scientists, organizational dynamics experts, and corporate governance advisors worldwide. LJBM prioritizes rigorous empirical research, circular business model evaluations, agile management frameworks, consumer feedback loop analytics, and sustainable supply chain designs. By bridging systemic feedback principles with modern corporate execution and sustainable resource flows, the journal fosters a deep, comprehensive understanding of how iterative, closed-loop strategies enhance commercial agility, environmental stewardship, and long-term enterprise value.

Scope and Topics
Reflecting its mandate to champion feedback-driven management, circular business practices, and iterative organizational strategies, the journal welcomes high-quality original research articles, systematic literature reviews, empirical case evaluations, and managerial decision studies within the following thematic areas:

Circular Economy & Sustainable Business Models: Closed-loop supply chain systems, zero-waste business architectures, product-service systems (PSS), extended producer responsibility (EPR), and regenerative corporate strategies.

Agile Management & Iterative Strategy: Continuous improvement paradigms (Kaizen/Lean/Agile), organizational feedback mechanisms, real-time strategic adaptation, and change management loops.

Customer Experience & Marketing Feedback Systems: Closed-loop customer relationship management (CRM), consumer co-creation dynamics, real-time sentiment analysis, brand loyalty loops, and service design iteration.

Operations, Supply Chain & Systems Dynamics: Closed-loop logistics, reverse logistics management, system dynamics modeling in business, predictive inventory optimization, and sustainable resource allocation.

Corporate Governance, ESG & Closed-Loop Reporting: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance loops, integrated reporting frameworks, stakeholder feedback integration, and sustainable financial control.

Publication Frequency
To ensure rigorous editorial oversight, thorough peer review, and the timely dissemination of business and management research, LJBM is published semi-annually (2 issues per year, typically scheduled for release in June and December). Special thematic issues focusing on circular supply chains in global markets, AI-driven feedback loops in management, or agile governance models may be commissioned by the Editorial Board.

Peer Review Process
  • LJBM enforces a strict double-blind peer review policy to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, analytical objectivity, and methodological validity across management and business disciplines.
  • Initial Desk Evaluation: Every submission undergoes a preliminary screening by the Editor-in-Chief or a relevant Subject Editor to assess thematic alignment, methodological soundness (quantitative survey rigor, qualitative case study depth, system dynamics modeling validity, or econometric analysis), and structural compliance. Plagiarism screening via Turnitin/iThenticate is strictly executed at this stage, requiring a similarity index below the journal's maximum threshold.
  • Expert Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the desk evaluation are anonymized and assigned to at least two independent international reviewers who are established academic experts or senior managerial researchers in the relevant domain.
  • Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Board renders one of four decisions: Acceptance, Revisions Required (Minor/Major), Resubmit for Review, or Rejection. The final decision rests entirely on intellectual merit, theoretical rigor, empirical accuracy, and practical managerial or environmental impact.

Mission Statement: "The mission of the Loop Journal of Business and Management (LJBM) is to advance scholarly knowledge and practical frameworks that transform traditional, linear business models into regenerative, feedback-driven, and highly adaptive enterprise ecosystems. Grounded in the philosophy that sustained commercial success requires continuous learning and closed-loop resource management, the journal aims to democratize advanced business research by providing an unrestricted platform for global academic, executive, and sustainability dialogue. Through the promotion of diverse, rigorous quantitative, qualitative, and systems-based methodologies, LJBM seeks to empower corporate leaders, inspire management researchers, and shape future-proof, highly resilient, and circular business paradigms worldwide."
